Chocolate Chip Cookies

Everyone needs a large, dense and fudgy chocolate chip cookie recipe in their repertoire, and this is mine. These cookies offer the perfect balance of soft and doughy on the inside, slightly crisp on the edges.

MIX and SET ASIDE

3 cups Flour

1/2 cup GROUND Chocolate

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon  coarse Salt

BLEND in Mixer till creamy

1 cup unsalted butter

1 cup Granulated Sugar

1 cup Light Brown Sugar

ADD

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons Vanilla

2 cups chocolate chips

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder. Set aside.

Cream together butter and sugars until combined

Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy

Add ground chocolate

Mix in the dry ingredients until combined. Do not overmix!

Add chocolate chips and mix gently.

use a cookie scoop to make your cookies.

Bake for 12-15 minutes (large scoop)

Let sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

Enjoy them warm, there is nothing better!
