Please use the ground transit map below to determine your business days in transit when shipped via UPS. If you have any questions about shipping your order, please call 201-204-0720 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

 

 

 

SHIPPING ALERT

Please note, Feed Your Soul Bakery is sending a perishable item. We recommend that you ship your order to an office or a location where someone is available to receive the delivery directly. If your order is a gift, it is your responsibility to alert the recipient to expect a perishable delivery.
Feed Your Soul Bakery ships without a signature required. However, the Fedex driver reserves the right not to deliver the package, in an effort to maintain the integrity of the shipment and avoid possible theft.
We cannot take responsibility for delays due to inclement weather conditions or incorrect/incomplete delivery information.
There will be a $15 surcharge billed per package, for each address correction, or each returned package deemed undeliverable due to an invalid delivery address. A new package can be baked fresh and reshipped to the corrected address for an additional cost based on the selected item.
Fedex does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
SHIPPING TO HOSPITALS, COLLEGES, OFFICE BUILDINGS- When delivering to hospitals, colleges, or office buildings, please be sure that all details including floor, suite, and/or room are valid. We guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the hospital, college or office building. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.

Order Cut Off Times

  • All orders placed by 11am EST will ship that same business day.
  • All orders placed after 11am EST will ship the next business day. If you have an "emergency," feel free to call us. We will try to accommodate your immediate shipping request.

UPS Shipping Options

  • Ground: Commercial, Ground Shipping. Delivery within 1-5 business days. Please see the map above to determine ground shipping days in transit. 
  • Ground Home Delivery: Residential, Ground Shipping. Delivery within 1-5 business days, including Saturday delivery. Please see the map above to determine ground shipping days in transit. 
  • Express Saver: By 4:30pm in 3 business days to most areas; by 8pm to residences 

  • Express 2 Day: By 4:30pm in 2 business days to most areas; by 8pm to residences.

  • Standard Overnight:  By 3pm to most addresses; by 4:30pm to rural areas; by 8pm to residences

  • Priority Overnight: By 10:30am to most addresses
