CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How long will my Feed Your Soul treats stay fresh?

At Feed Your Soul Bakery, we believe in using the highest quality ingredients. We don't use preservatives or inclusions with ingredients that are difficult to pronounce. While your biggest concern may be having eaten your treats too quickly... we understand our fans like to save some goodies for a later date. Store your cookies and bars in a cool dry place for 5 days, or you can freeze them for up to 6 months. Because they are individually wrapped, they are easy to freeze, thaw, and serve as needed. Life is busy. Leave the baking to us!



How are Feed Your Soul cookies/bars packaged?

All of our cookies/bars are individually wrapped for maximum freshness. They are perfect for on the go snacks and easy entertaining. We offer a variety of packaging options. Choose one of our signature boxes, or one of our keepsake tins (these make great gifts! Your recipient can use the tins for flour, sugar, even toys...long after the cookies are gone)

How big are Feed Your Soul treats?

Feed Your Soul cookies weigh approximately 1.5 ounces. Some flavors vary in dimension based on their ingredients, but most cookies measure approximately 3” in diameter. Our cookies are made from real butter and pure vanilla. We use only the highest quality ingredients in everything we make.

Feed Your Soul brownies and bars range in weight between 1.7 ounces for the brownies and blondies up to 2.2 ounces for our raspberry bars. Bars measure 2 x 2” in size.

Are Feed Your Soul products nut-free?

Most of our flavors are nut-free, but please note that all of our products are processed in a facility that handles nuts.

What cookie flavors does Feed Your Soul Bakery offer?

We offer a variety of signature flavors, classics, and seasonal treats. Check out our current flavor menu.

Does Feed Your Soul Bakery offer gluten-free products?

No. Unfortunately we do not offer gluten free products at this time.



Does Feed Your Soul Bakery offer vegan products?

Yes! We offer an amazing Vegan Brownie. To all those who believe vegan brownies compromise on flavor- we promise you, we have cracked the code. This brownie is made with rich cocoa powder and coconut oil.



Is Feed Your Soul Bakery Kosher certified?

Yes. All of our products are certified Kosher OU Dairy by the Orthodox Union.

How can I place an order?

What type of payment does Feed Your Soul Bakery accept?

For online orders, we accept PayPal, Apple Pay, ShopPay, Amex, Visa, MasterCard. 



When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when you finalize your order.



Can I place my order through email?

Feel free to email us with any questions, but to ensure customer confidentiality and proper shipping details, all orders must be finalized in writing. Shop online at www.feedyoursoul.com or contact a sales representative: sales@feedyoursoul.com



Will pricing information be included with my gift order?

No! We do not include receipts or invoices with any pricing. Most of our customers are sending gifts and we understand that pricing is never included. A packing slip, containing the details of the shipment and your custom card message, will be included with your gift.



How can I use my Promo Code?

How Does Feed Your Soul Bakery Ship Orders?

All of our online orders ship nationwide via UPS.

How can I place my Shipping Order?

When should I ship to ensure my Feed Your Soul Bakery products arrive fresh?

Because our cookies and bars do not contain preservatives, we recommend enjoying them upon receipt, or freezing and enjoying them later. All of our products are individually wrapped for maximum freshness. This makes our products perfect for freezing and also for sharing. IF you are trying to ship a gift for a special occasion, we recommend you order for delivery 1 day prior to your deadline. While we don’t typically experience any delays, we are relying on a third party carrier and we do want to be sure your gifts are always on time and fresh.



How far in advance do I need to place my Shipping Order?

This depends on how quickly you need your order and the destination of your order. Please note, Feed Your Soul Bakery ships Monday- Thursday. We prefer not to ship orders on a Friday so they avoid sitting on a truck over the weekend. If you have a “cookie emergency”, please call us!  We are happy to ship your order as quickly as we can to accommodate your needs. Please note, Saturday and Sunday are not shipping/delivery days. If you are shipping for a special occasion, we recommend choosing an arrival date 1-2 days in advance. How can I pay for my Shipping Order?

What products are available to ship?

Everything on our website is available to ship!



How does Feed Your Soul Bakery ship their products?

All or our treats are individually wrapped, then neatly placed in one of our signature tins or boxes, packaged for safe transit and shipped via UPS based on the shipping method of your choice. Please see our shipping map for details on days in transit. 



How can I track the progress of my Shipping order?

Once your online order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow a few hours after receiving your confirmation to see the tracking information.



Where does Feed Your Soul Bakery ship?

We ship nationwide to all states, including HI and AK.



Can I ship to University Campuses / Hospitals/ Offices?

Yes! While UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, they will deliver to accurate physical addresses. Please be sure to let your recipient know that a surprise is on its way if you are shipping to a hospital, university or crowded office. Your gift could sadly sit in a mailroom, on the wrong floor of a company, or on a loading dock if not properly routed.



Does Feed Your Soul Bakery ship internationally?

No. We currently only ship within the U.S.



My order says it was delivered but my recipient has not received it.

We are very disappointed when we hear things like this. Fortunately, it is usually a simple fix. If you are shipping to a home, be sure the package has not been left at a side door. If it is an office, be sure the package is not in the mailroom. We always recommend letting your recipient know that a surprise is on the way!



When will my Shipping Order arrive?

Please be sure to check our days in transit map to be certain that you have left enough time for your package to arrive based on the dates and destination. If you have any questions feel free to contact us. 201.204.0720.



Do I need to be home to sign for my Shipping Order?

While UPS does not require a signature for our packages, it is ultimately up to the discretion of the driver as to whether they should leave the package. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made, usually on the following business day. Please note- we cannot stress enough, the importance of letting your recipient know that a “surprise” may be arriving. Sometimes packages are left at a side door… or in a mail room of an office…or on a loading dock of a hospital. We want to be sure  your recipient receives their thoughtful gift in a timely manner.

Does Feed Your Soul Bakery offer wholesale?

Feed Your Soul Bakery offers a full line of cookie dough products, along with individually wrapped cookies, brownies, and bars. Wholesale inquiries can be directed to info@feedyoursoul.com.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. Feed Your Soul will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Feed Your Soul is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card.
