Banana Peanut Butter Cups: The Snack That Understands You

Let’s be real—sometimes you want something sweet, but you don’t want to bake. Or wait. Or exert effort beyond what’s absolutely necessary. We get it. That’s where Banana Peanut Butter Cups come in.

They're ridiculously easy, wildly satisfying, and made with real ingredients you probably already have. It’s basically a chocolate hug with a banana smile in the middle. You’re welcome.

What You’ll Need:

  • Banana slices

  • Melted dark chocolate

  • Peanut butter (go creamy, go crunchy—live your truth)

  • Optional but recommended: crushed peanuts, flaky sea salt (for drama)

Directions (if you can even call them that):

  1. Melt the Chocolate:
Toss your chocolate in the microwave and melt it in 30-second bursts until it’s smooth, glossy, and irresistible. Try not to “taste test” it all before the cups come together.

  2. Layer One:
Spoon a little chocolate into the bottom of your silicone molds or mini muffin liners. Just enough to make a cozy chocolate blanket for your banana.

  3. Banana Time:
Pop a banana slice right in the middle. Look at it, sitting there all innocent.

  4. Peanut Butter Party:
Scoop some peanut butter on top of the banana. It can be a generous scoop. This is your snack—you make the rules.

  5. Sprinkle & Shine:
Top with crushed peanuts if you’re feeling fancy, then cover the whole thing with more melted chocolate. Finish with flaky sea salt if you want to feel like a dessert rockstar.

  6. Freeze & Devour:
Stick the tray in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until everything is set and snack-worthy. Then eat one. Or three. We won’t tell.

These little cups are everything—sweet, salty, crunchy, creamy, frozen gold. And best of all, they take zero baking, zero stress, and deliver max deliciousness.
