Healthy Nutter Butter Cookies: Just 3 Ingredients!
Remember opening your lunchbox as a kid and spotting that bright orange wrapper of Nutter Butters? Pure joy. These cookies were crunchy, sweet, and peanut buttery perfection. But now, we’re giving them a twist—meet the Healthy Nutter Butter Cookies.
Sometimes, the best things in life are simple—no fillers, no funny business—just the good stuff—and you only need 3 ingredients. The best part? They’re gluten-free, dairy-free, and can be refined sugar-free if you use natural peanut butter. Basically, they’re a feel-good twist on the nostalgic favorite we all grew up loving.
What You’ll Need:
-
1 cup almond flour
-
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
-
½ cup peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
How to Make Them:
-
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
-
Roll dough into small balls and place two together on the baking sheet to form the “peanut” shape.
-
Gently press with a fork to create that classic crisscross pattern.
-
Bake for 10 minutes until golden and set.
-
Let cool completely.
-
Spread creamy peanut butter on the back of one cookie and sandwich with another.
-
Bite, smile, repeat.
